Not seeing Sub-Class after purchase

I just purchased Explorer's Guide to Wildemount and the Echo Knight subclass does not appear in the drop down menu in the creator. I have made sure that CR content is checked on in the home tab but i am still not seeing it.

Any Ideas?

did you try account > licenses > sync my entitlements? if it doesn't help write to website support
