2 questions actually. In our campaign, our DM had implemented some homebrew stuff. In particular, he had stated to pick 3 cantrips, and you're automatically getting Prestidigitation. How can I add the 4 cantrips (level 4 bard), 3 of which are my normal learned cantrips and Prestidigitation being added and technically not counted against my normal count known. Same for scrolls. We were given a chance to learn some spells from scrolls, and added to our list of spells known but does not count against the number we can know. How can I add those to my character?

Create a homebrew feat that grants the cantrip
And create a magic item or feat with your character name and edit it to add new spells as they are learned
