This is due to some of the new css/html classes making the text based on font size in the browser. Increasing your font in browser settings can cause this. To get this image I set font to large or very large in chrome - and shrunk the window a bit to try and replicate the window size/zoom level in the above image.
This is without any extensions. The smaller window size layouts are all pretty susceptible to issues atm.
Reduce your text size to medium in your browser and reset the zoom of your browser (ctrl+0 if any changes have been made) should help.
Has anyone dealt with this problem?
I've deleted all browsing data/cookies and still have the issue. I'd be grateful for any advice.

That's perfect. In Chrome it works fine with a medium font size.
