Recently I was experimenting with some new feats and adding them to one of my characters. I ended up deleting the feat and making a new version. The deleted version it is still showing up on my character sheet (granting my character extra spells and appearing in Feature & Traits; Feats. However, because it has been deleted is does *not* appear under the list on clicking "Manage Feats" and therefore cannot be removed from the character.

However it appeared as if restoring the feat allowed it to be removed.

However, despite restoring it I still *cannot* remove it.

I suspect part of the issue is I had named the replacement feat the *same* as the original, and even though I had (successfully) removed that one from my character, I suspect the overlap may have contributed to this problem. Changing both names hasn't helped.

Is there any way to fix my character sheet?

And more broadly: can something be done to prevent future similar errors for other users?

Tl;dr - I gave a character a feat, then deleted the feat itself, now it's stuck on my character sheet and even restoring the feat in my homebrew hasn't helped.
