Dual wielder doesn't seem to be affecting the AC if you have two separate melee weapons equipped. While I'm not sure if it should be doing so automatically, it would be great if it did, and seems like something that DDB would have added in.

You need to mark one weapon, as dual-wield.
Click on the weapon, on the floating window click on Customize, then Dual-Wield.
