Essentially, I have synced my entitlements, cleared my cache, etc., but the digital purchase I attempted to make of 3 digital titles (DM's Guide, Monster Manual, and Player's Handbook) did not go through. I have a pending payment on my bank account, but it seems D&D beyond did not process my purchase since on my account those 3 books are still in the cart and I did not receive a confirmation email.
I updated my subscription today and everything went just fine, even with the charge currently pending for the subscription update, and I have a receipt for that (upgraded a tier to Master). But when purchasing the books I was told I "already had the content" (which I do not), and then I was presented with an error upon checkout. Upon refreshing the page, I have 0 books, 0 receipt, and 1 charge pending for the purchase of all 3 of them.
I am super disappointed because I was going to begin my DMing journey and start crafting my first campaign for a bunch of players who have been my DMs in the past so they finally get to play as, well, a player -- and I'm antsy to figure this out because the sale ends soon and I waited specifically until it happened to buy the digital books.
I submitted a ticket, but as I highlighted above we're in a bit of a time constraint because the sale won't last forever. Please, any help or advice would be appreciated for those who have had similar experiences.
