I bought Explorer's Guide to Wildemount and changed my characters subclass to Chronurgy Mage. None of the wildemount spells are available in spell management on my character sheet. Not on the website or the app. In the app filtering by wizard spells also doesn't show any wildemount spells.
Dunamancy spells are an interesting case, because they are not strictly wizard spells, but rather ther own lists (graviturgy and chronurgy). You can view them in the Spells lists by filtering according to the Dunamancy spell tag.
It's strange that you would be able to set a character as a Chronurgy Magic wizard and still see no dunamancy spells whatsoever... Could you go here and check that your account entitlements data are in sync?
If you are still unable to add appropriate dunamancy spells (which, if you are a level 2 Chronurgy wizard, would be only sapping sting and gift of alacrity), please post a link to the character sheet here so that a forum moderator can have a look.
To include dunamancy spells for characters that wouldn't normally be granted those spells (as with gravity sinkhole on a Chronurgy wizard), you can either create a homebrew copy of the subclass and include those dunamancy spells on an additional spell list, or else create a homebrew copy of the individual spells, and allow them to be learned by other specific classes or subclasses.
According to the book, and app all Dunamancy spells are available to Graviturgist or Chronurgy Mages. My character is a Chronurgy mage and the app and the web site aren't letting me add the spells to my spell book.

I told you in my previous reply that that is not the case. Some spells are Graviturgist-only and some are Chronurgist-only.
On the Dunamancy Spell List some spells are marked with a single star (*) and they are Chronurgist-only spells. Others are marked with two stars (**) and they are Graviturgist-only spells. Ones without stars can be learned by both. The "Dunamancy for Non-Dunamancers" chapter is an optional rule which DNDBeyond does not support (outside of homebrew - which Halfwing told you how to do).
I'm saying I am looking at the app, and pulled up the Dunamancy spells, and at the bottom of every Dunamancy spell discription it say "Classes: Graviturgy Magic, Chronurgy Magic" if this is an error then it needs to be fixed. I see the delineation in pdf's online but the app says otherwise. It's just been really confusing thank you for pointing out the details in the book. I missed that before.

I can confirm that, within the app (Android on mine), if you have EGtW downloaded and go to the Dunamancy spells section with the list, it does show the * and ** on spells within the list itself, but when you tap a spell to see its description, they all say "Classes: Graviturgy Magic, Chronurgy Magic" regardless of restriction. So this is definitely a bug in the app spell descriptions!

Went to the link it says my entitlements are all updated.

4th level gravity sinkhole isn't showing up in addable spells.
Your character is a Chronurgist. As per the Dunamancy Spell List - Gravity Sinkhole is a Graviturgist-only spell.

Not according to the book or app. There is even a side bar "Dunamancy For Non-Dunamancers"
That is an optional rule that DM's can choose to allow if they wish. DNDBeyond does not support most optional rules.
