I had purchased at least $20 worth of a la carte content across Tasha's Cauldron of Everything and xanathar's guide to everything before that big update that made it impossible to buy individual items from the books anymore. Well, now I want to buy the books so I can easily have access to them and the only way to get the discount from the items you already purchased is by putting in a help ticket? I did that 5 days ago. It took 2 days to get a response, and the response was basically "oh yeah sure we can give you a discount code! Just let us know when you're going to buy the books since the codes expire after 90 days." I'm thinking great! I want to buy them now! So can I get the code please? And now there's been no response for 3 more days, going on 4 days... I'm really trying to get some characters ready for my next campaign and I'm wondering how long is this kind of thing supposed to take?? I don't want to do multiple help tickets in case I get moved to the bottom of the que, but I'm not sure what else to do. 

Patience is sadly the only thing you can do. Whatever you do tho don't put in a new ticket.
