Hi,I accidentally purchased content using my Wizards account when my main D&D Beyond account is linked to my Gmail. I've since linked my Gmail and my Wizards accounts together but the content I purchased on the Wizards account isn't available with my other previously purchased content. If possible I'd like to have the content just moved to my Gmail account but if not I would also take a refund and just purchase it again on the correct account.
I have an open ticket (3925432) that has been open for almost a week but I've not heard anything yet. I opened a previous ticket using my other account (3916945) that I had gotten a few replies to and then nothing for almost 2 weeks.
I think the same thing just happened to me. I changed my email during the order process to make sure it was the same as associated with my Google account. I can provide order number. I couldn’t find how to open a ticket.
