A while ago I had temporarily leveled up my rouge to lvl 3 to see my options for a subclass, and all of the options were there (assassin, arcane trickster, swashbuckler, etc) and now the only option I have to choose from is thief. What changed?

Also, check to make sure your entitlements are in sync.
