D&D Beyond crashed when I entered my code from pre-purchase of the 2024 PHB. When I logged back in and tried again it said the code was already used. Is there anywhere to check if it was redeemed correctly for my account?
I had the same issue. If you go to "My profile" then to "My account" you will see a tab labled licences. You will see a list of all products activated on your account, the new books should be at the bottom of that list.
