My cleric https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/126850916/EwFd03 has the [Tooltip Not Found] https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells/35021-manipulate-life homebrew cantrip. I honestly don't recall if I selected it? But when I go to Known Spells on the char sheet it shows as "Always Prepared" above the delete button. The issue is I cannot delete it. I have tried deleting the homebrew spell from My Homebrew Collection. I have tried editing the character to not accept homebrew. I have tried deleting the spell again and again but it persists...
It's not a major issue as I can just ignore it but... wtf?
It's probably not your homebrew, but someone else's in the campaign. They've probably made the homebrew spell and set it to available for Life Domain Clerics. By setting it to subclass specifically, for a prepared spell class, it automatically assigns it to any characters of that class. Ask the other folks in your campaign if any of them have made this cantrip, and if they have, ask them to take it out of their homebrew collection.
It was made by someone else but none of the ones in the campaign. But I do think one used that spell in a different campaign. Is it that intrusive a thing that anyone in a campaign having that spell just in their homebrew or on a character it transfers out? That is crazy...

It's an unfortunate bug that hasn't been fixed, and might never be.
