I've been trying to make a character for the past week or so, and all of the options for race and subclass are gone, aside from phb content. I already saw posts saying to make sure that your entitlements are synced, and mine are. For instance, I bought the Echo Knight subclass, [CLS-0400660], a year or so ago, and now when I try to make a fighter, the only option is Champion, even if I join a campaign that has content sharing enabled.
