I was able to add the items to my cart with a province entered but then it asked for a credit card for a $0 item to be able to checkout. I wasn't going to risk entering a credit card number for a digital $0 item.
Am having a similar problem with the Christmas 'freebie gifts' and live in the UK. Details were all correct and tried entering them manually, with Paypal set up for the supposedly free items but it would not accept the payment method (despite it working fine in the past for purchases).
(Top it all off, I then later get a mail from D&DB claiming that I 'left things behind in my bag' despite me clearing the basket, as if their system not working is my problem).
Another from the UK with the same Christmas Freebie problem, why am I being forced to submit my physical address for a digital product they wont be shipping and payment details for an item they supposedly won't be charging me for.
Having the same issue with the free Christmas items. When I get to the Payment button I can't proceed. It's displaying an error telling me to "please select digital product as a gift": but it won't even allow me to check the checkbox.
‘Tis the season of things that annoy and fail to work as intended. First freebie add worked and since then…nope. Why they want a CC for a free digital item I have no idea, but I see no banner to indicate this issue is being addressed and have to wonder if they even care. Happy Ho, Ho indeed.
Attempting to digitally purchase the new Illrigger class, and the store just won't go any further than my cart.
I click the "Payment" button and nothing happens. This is the same on my phone or computer.
halp.
I bet you are not a US resident. If so, I bet the site is not accepting your province if you are Canadian. That is the problem I am having myself.
Why does the Marketplace require an address to order a strictly digital product???

and NEVER cut a deal with a dragon!
Any luck with this? I'm still having the same issues. I've bought stuff from the store before, what the hell is the problem now all of a sudden?!

The work around is to just input a new address. Instead of using the saved information on your address. Dunno why, but that worked,
