homebrew creation HELP

soooooo i need help. i have attempted to create a homebrew monster 4 seperate times and after everytime i finish it and hit create, i immediately get an internal error and i cant figure out how to make a ticket for it, much less how to fix it, so HELP

 i tried both on a seperate browser and by providing the minimum amout of information and it worked
