I was adding a level of warlock into a bard I have with the Rhythm-Maker's-Drum +1 equipped and attuned to. With a 20 Charisma at character level 11, the bard DC should be 18 and the warlock DC 17. But, the spell DC for the latter is showing up as 18 as well. Is this supposed to be happening?
All-Purpose Tool, Amulet of the Devout, Arcane Grimoire, Bloodwell Vial, Rhythm-Maker’s Drum, Moon Sickle - These items currently grant their bonus to all spells, rather than just ones for the specified class. We will work on the required modifier to resolve this.

Should be noted that the Amulet of the Devout actually does apply to all spells, not just your Paladin or Cleric Spells. Therefore, it should not be modified

Since you are a bard and it is attuned to you it effects all charisma based spells.
The magic item is only supposed to affect your bard spells. Unfortunately it affects all your spells. It's a known issue.
