I was recently tinkering with one of my players characters. He was testing out a homebrew and decided that he'd like to stick to Arcane Trickster. When he went back he could not add the spells and when I went back, I could not either. I own the PHB at the very least and I can't replicate the problem with any of the other classes. I've even tried a clean character and still cannot add spells to the AT for whatever reason.
