So, I tried logging iin today - the DnDBeyond account works well (had to stop using google account login and start logging in manualy, which is a chore and don't know why suddenly one can only log in with a Steam account - which I will not do, because who's to say you won't stop supporting that logging possibility in the near future?), but fine. Went on to the Wizards of the Coast website (because you sudddenly decided to make two different versions of the marketplace depending on whether one is from US or THE WHOLE WORLD EXCEPT THAT ONE COUNTRY!) and of course logging there is a separate issue, that also doesn't let you use a Google login anymore, so I made an account through just my google email (and linked it to the DnD Beyond account after A LOT of trouble).
Long story short - couldn't log in. Through my account, as set through a Gmail email. It's connected to the DnD Beyond account on which I am logged in, but that doesn''t mean the other site (the only one where I can actually buy anything physical) recognizes me. Nope - different site, different rules, let's complicate things for non-Americans just because. So, I tried logging in - couldn't. Tried different password - nada. OK, let's just reset the password. No email has been delivered with the password reset instruction. Tried resetting it again, and again. For TWO DAYS NOW! No reset email after the request is sent. To the correct email address that is my Wizards of the Coast login which is linked to the DnDBeyond site.
No way to log in. No way to retrieve or reset the password. And to send a ticket to support through WotC I need... you guessed it, to be LOGGED INTO MY ACCOUNT!!! I understand you only care for the US market, and only give discounts and cool prices there, but do you really don't want the money of the whole rest of the world so badly as to inhibit them to even log into your "other" marketplace?
How can I reset my password and log into my account?
