Is there a way I can find out what O or P or blank means next to my wizard's spells?

The O isn't really a letter O; it's meant to be used as an indicator for which spells are prepared and which aren't. You fill in the circle with a pencil for the spells you have prepared.
The P is for spells that are have permanent "always prepared" status due to some feature or other.

I don't see those. (Just the C for concentration and R for ritual, which are small enough that I suppose one might mistake them for OP.)
