Shared content missing during character creation

I have checked my licenses in My profile and it says everything is synced.

But when I go to create a character, for example, and Aberrant Mind Sorcerer from Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, that class is not there as a choice.

But I can access the sourcebook in its entirety from the library and it does say it is shared.

Not sure what to do from here.

I am having the same issue with sharing purchased content to my players. 

are you creating the character in the campaign where the content is being shared?

Somewhat related, as a dm i can't enable content sharing in any new campaigns.

 How many campaigns have you enabled sharing in? The limit is five.

oh definitely i had 5 sharing, I didn't know there was a limit. Thank you!
