Have been trying to cancel my subscription but get an error message when I click the manage subscription button: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." with accompanying text.
I've also been having issues downloading pdfs of my character sheets.
I'm getting the same error when I go to the Subscription page. Extremely frustrating, because I'm trying to cancel my Master Tier sub after learning all my 2014 spells will be removed from my character sheets.
Funny thing. I switched to a different computer and I'm now able to access both my subscription management page, and download pdfs of my characters again. I'm wondering if something got put on my other computer somehow. Even restarted the original computer, and logged out of my account on that computer.
Thanks to my incredible daughter we were able to solve the problem. Go to your Delete browsing history tab and clear out your cookies. Doing so cleared up my problem and might be affecting your browser as well.

I'm in the same boat as y'all, was just trying to cancel my sub. Will check again later today to see if it's fixed
This same "bug" happened the last time there was a mass exodus due to the OGL debacle. Par for the course.
Maybe try a different browser. I get the same error with Firefox, but with Chrome the page loads normally. Same with downloading pdfs!

I was using Chrome on both computers. On one it works on the other it doesn't, so I don't think it's the browser.
Thank you, friend! I was using Chrome, but switched to Firefox and it worked just fine.
