ERROR 500 made my character unusable please help

On September 3rd, I was editing my character and it suddenly turned into an ERROR 500 whenever I try to edit or view it

POSSIBLE CAUSES:

-I was editing it during the update of the website 9/3/24

-I was trying to add a homebrew race/species (and failed)
