Pretty much what the title says. Trying to make an encounter but keep getting this message on some of the monsters, despite owning the source book.
To see and search this monster's full stats, unlock the Bandit Lord by purchasing Tome of Beasts 1 on D&D Beyond.
Check your entitlements (it should say you purchased it) and sync it if necessary. Also try logging out and then back in.
That sounds like an issue we had before with MTOF (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/186534-mordenkainens-tome-of-foes-encounter-builder).
I do not have that third party book so I cannot confirm for you, but if it is the same kind of issue as before, it might take a while for it to be fixed.

Syncing my entitlements seems to have fixed it! Thank you very much, I wouldn't have known to look there.
