I paid to get the 2024 PHB Online and Hardcopy. The Character builder is only letting me use classes, species, backgrounds, etc. from the Free 2024 book. Is that a temporary glitch or is the Online PHB pretty useless?

The only issue is they posted that at the bottom of a really long post.
I can see them all, but I have a slightly different error.
If I choose only the PHB as source, it won't show the free races from the basic rules. (Dwarf, Elf, Halfling, Human)
Looks like they aren't marked as being in the core rules, too.
I can see them all, but I have to choose 'All sources' in the filter.
