I subscribed specifically because it said two week early access to all of the core rulebooks. Assuming that meant I would have access to the whole PHB like the whole 2014 rulebook. I got access to the "Free Rules" which only includes 4 of the classes, and to access the rest of the rulebook, I have to buy the whole rulebook. What was even the point of the subscription?

The subscription is to share your books and get early access if you purchased, the monthly fee does not include the core books

I have had master tier for over a year and I bought the new PHB 2024 via digital preorder why don’t I have access to the full book at the moment when it says I should?

I have had a Master Tier membership for a while now and I was supposed to get early / free access to the new PHB i believe but it hasnt given it to me.

Any ideas?

If you did, try syncing your entitlements. (user menu->account->licenses)

I've seen people say logging out and logging in also helps.
