That's exactly the right question. I mentioned this in a post as a footnote the other day because I noticed the same issue, and it stopped with the plugin disabled. I suspect it's something in the comments causing it.

The page is refreshing every 3 seconds and is unusable. None of the other 2024 class pages are having this issue.
