Isn't getting a To Hit Bonus or Damage Bonus from Strength or Proficiency.
It appears to be using just the characters Dex Modifier.
It also isn't inheriting the weapon's bonuses or reach.
Edit: Even when STR was the chosen stat from the feat it still uses DEX
