Hi there, I just used the code provided by my game store (I'm running the 50th Anniversary series for them), and while the code was claimed successfully, and it takes me to the URL for the adventure, but I'm seeing no content for the adventure, it simply says:
NO RESULTS FOUND (NOTHING FOUND WITH THOSE FILTERS)
I don't believe the adventure is available until August 29th, but you can ensure that your code worked by going to your Account section on D&D Beyond, go to the Licenses section, and see if it is listed in the Current Product Licenses section. If so, it should become available on the 29th.
I have the same problem and for me (in France), it's the 29 august (perhaps too early ?). And to clarify, I've just tried to activate it.
Yeah, I thought I needed to wait till 0 AM PDT, but apparently that wasn't correct either. I was looking forward to start to prep for our event at our local game store, but it seems that I get less time to do so.
In fact, it's the partner stores that receive them for the GMs who run the games in the stores in question. Here, I'm not familiar with D&D Beyond, so I'm not sure where to find the items retrieved when a code is added. I can see it in the License section, but that's about it...
My LGS who gave out the promotional code saw on a Facebook post that the links are broken and that they will be giving the store a PDF of the adventure tomorrow.
The lack of communication from D&D Beyond and Wizards is pretty astounding.

It said "Critical Success!", but when I tried to follow the link to the content, it said it didn't exist. Interestingly enough, when I went to my "Licenses", the adventure is listed there as being content I have access to, but I can't find it anywhere else. I will put in a Ticket and add myself to the list.

On the other hand, I'd like this situation to be resolved quickly, because I still have to translate everything into French before I can play and edit the character sheets to make a French version before I can offer them to players, so I'd really like the problem to be solved today...

Instead of your Dungeon Masters activating the codes you previously received on D&D Beyond, we are instead providing you with a PDF file for download via e-mail. Our password protected PDF contains both character sheets needed for the event and the adventure itself."
My LGS has forwarded me the adventure + pregens and so on. There are some D&D-Beyond staff members credited for delivering the DDB version, but that does not seem to exist as of yet!

1342 EDT and I was able to redeem it but then it disappeared.
