are they all trying to create a character in a campaign? Have you turned on content sharing in that campaign?
They can only access your shared books if theyre creating characters in that campaign and you have turned on content sharing with your master level sub.

I am Master tier and have bought the 2024 rules, my players have been able to download the core 2023 and free rules on devices and Pcs.
However unable to create any characters with the full 2024 rules as teh free character classes are only showing
please any help would be great
