Your entitlements data is in sync! You should have nothing to worry about, but contact our Support Team if you're having problems accessing your purchased content.
You mentioned an email with activation codes. Is it possible you're a non-US user? If so, there's been a few reports of people having to go in and manually click a button to get debited.
This thread might provide some insight on that, since it would be the same issue.
Everything that I have bought is there except the Ultimate bundle contend.

If you bought it on D&D Beyond, maybe it was purchased as a gift code by mistake? If so, you should be able to redeem the code for your own account. https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/my-gifts
If it was purchased from dndstore.wizards.com, you’ll likewise need to redeem a code first. There should be a link in your purchase confirmation email. If not, it’s possible you haven’t actually been charged yet, in which case you should follow the suggestion above.

I have a Hero Subscription.
I do not have an email with activation codes.
I have a receipt that I ordered and paid.
