I am creating a new character (Druid). According to the DnDBeyond Druid Class Page, the druid should have 4 prepared spells at 1st level. However while making the character in the Character Builder when choosing spells (either in the builder view or the character page view) I can only select 3. This issue persists as I level up. Each subsequent level has less spells than the class page chart shows it should have. (Example: At level 5 the chart shows 9, but I can only prepare 7). Is this a bug, or is there something I am misunderstanding about the number of prepared spells I should have?

Are you using the Core/2024 version of the Druid or the Legacy/2014 version?
The 2024 version works the way you describe. The 2014 version can prepare a number of spells equal to the character's class level plus their Wisdom modifier. This might be higher or lower than the number for the 2024 version, depending on what their Wisdom score is.
