I own the dungeon master guide 2024 . But when i try to access the magic item Saddle of the cavalier I have a message that say its part of a digital content pack
Small issues like this rarely get fixed fast. I need to add it to my character sheet and I own the 2014 version, which is essentially the same but even that doesn't pop up. 😡 So honestly what I would do just go into Homebrew, create & add it yourself, and then it should pop up for you. That's what I always do with magic items that I don't have or don't work.

you could always open up the code and add it yerself
it be like this
itemname.saddle_of_cavalier_magicalitem=true_equipped=false_default
then you add the propertys
