The monk's Dexterity is used to calculate to-hit and damage for their unarmed attacks, but the save DCs for their Grapple and Shove actions are still being calculated using Strength. They should also use Dexterity.
Yes I noticed this as well. I guess it is to be added to the list of bugs.
