I own the TCoE book on D&D Beyond, but I'm unable to select "Circle of Stars" as a Druid subclass. I am able to select other subclasses from the same book (Circle of Spores and Circle of Wildfire).
You've selected the 2024 Druid class (under "Core Rules"). If you want to use Circle of Stars for that class, you'll need the 2024 PHB, which includes the updated version of that subclass.
If you want to use the version found in TCOE, you can instead switch to the 2014 Druid class (under "2014 Core Rules").
