Sorry for the slightly click bait title, and I've already added this to the Tasha's Bug Forum but has anyone else noticed they suddenly can't access things they previously could? Specifically I've always had access to the College of Eloquence Bard and Oath of Glory Paladin because I owned them through TCoE, I've even played an Eloquence Bard for a couple of years, but suddenly I can't access either because they're flagged as being content from Mythic Odyssey of Theros. I've emailed customer support who have tried telling me that the TCoE versions were only "rules updates" and I need to buy the original source, except when I go to look at the individual purchase items of MOoT both subclasses are ticked as being owned BECAUSE I BOUGHT THEM IN TASHA'S!
Looking at the individual purchase items in TCoE both subclasses seem to have been deleted from the list of included content which must have been a deliberate decision by someone in order to encourage us to pay a second time. Anyone else noticed anything similar?
So I checked my physical book and it's definitely in there.
I checked the marketplace and they're not in Tasha's.
If what you say is true, that you bought them and then they've removed it from your account (the reasoning of Tasha's versus Theros is actually merely trivia at this stage, either you bought it and should have it or you didn't buy it and shouldn't have it), that's deeply concerning.
Could you please provide screenshots of 1) The Oath of Glory and Eloquence College subclasses being shown as already purchased and 2) Your character builder screen showing that they're not there?
I noticed that in the last couple of days the site had become very glitchy. It's possible that it's just a glitch and the rep was just unwilling to investigate (it shouldn't be the case, but my experience with that part of the industry (not specifically DDB) tells me that shouldn't doesn't mean isn't). Hopefully that's just the case.
If not, and they've genuinely taken away those options when you bought the book that included them at the time... that's disconcerting.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
I've got Tasha's (but not Theros) and I've got Eloquence Bard and Oath of Glory Paladin.
IF it makes a difference I'm in the EU + legally they (WOTC) would be on shaky ground to sell something and take it away (regardless of it being revised into another book).
...but, I do have access to that stuff (currently).

It shouldn't do? I mean, it's probably going to cost them more than it's worth to have different accounting practices for different regions...would be just easier to have it conform to EU rules and apply that everywhere.
However, it does make this look like a glitch.

So I just tested this myself, and I think I found the issue. Make sure on the character creator you have "Magic: The Gathering Content" allowed under sources. I found if that was disabled, both those subclass weren't available in the character creator, likely due to the MOoT flag. Hopefully that fixes it?

Have you enabled Magic: the Gathering content?
As for the individual purchase options, those options have never been listed in Tasha's because they weren't first published there. With a few exceptions (artificer and anything reprinted in Monsters of the Multiverse for example), individual purchase options always are listed in the first book they were published in. This means that Oath of Glory will be in Mythic Odysseys of Theros and Circle of Spores will be in Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica for example.
This also affects content toggles; e.g options printed first in a Magic: the Gathering book require you to enable Magic: the Gathering content.
Ive the MTG ticked on the character creator but my biggest problem is that using the iPhone app when I look under the listings for bard subclasses it no longer allows me to view those two subclasses, which is a pain as a DM because one of my players is playing Eloquence and the easiest way to look it up is blocked to me. I just get a pop up telling me that I need to download MOoT and then when I try it tells me it failed because I don’t own it. I’m not sure how to add a screen shot (I’m using my phone to post) but I’ve got a screen shot of MOoT saying I own both subclasses

Are you able to access the content via the site? If so and it's just the app you're having issues with, it may be that your local licenses are out of sync/corrupted. If you clear the apps local data and cache, that often resolves things

I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading and it’s still the same problem. The weird thing is that if I try looking at the listing for something else I know I don’t own I just get the option to buy the book. It’s only these two subclasses that ask me to download the book and then tell me I can’t so something in the settings thinks I own them but then chickens out at the last minute
I see to be able to if I look at the Game Rules section but I can also look at a load of monsters I definitely don’t own the books for so not sure if that tells us much.
Thanks for all your help by the way, I really appreciate it
I only just recently noticed but I'm missing a bunch of things that I previously owned as well. I owned almost everything they had to offer through a series of either personal purchases or gifts from friends. My list of probably around 40 separate or more separate races (now called species) has been reduced to about 10. I'm missing multiple classes and subclasses that I owned and I'm becoming increasingly more frustrated by the fact I can only type one letter per minute in my description area for my characters that I make. I used to use this to run my D&D sessions I will likely be no longer doing that due to the sudden lack of functionality and the massive number of things I have missing from purchases I've made.

Are extended rules and legacy turned on in the builder?
Are you using the 2024 or 2014 version of the classes?

The notes thing is a bug that's affecting a lot of people. I've got nothing to help there.
