I got a digital copy of of the 2024 rulebook, but when i wanted to view it on my computer, which i use more frequently to do dnd, it still says i need to buy it. it was bought on the correct account and i even got an order confirmed E-mail. does anyone know hot to fix this?

Try syncing your entitlements, and logging out and then back in.
Make sure you are actually on the correct account. Open up your two devices at the same time and double check your account information.
