These do appear: (maybe only the highest level appear as Warlock slots are maxed to 5th level so the algorithm could be trying to match to spell slots available)?

Sample build was a level 20 Warlock.
SOLVED: ok still posting this for other users search results. If the character has "Show level scaled spells" set to off then the Warlock does not show patron prepared spells of a different level to their spell slot levels.
