In the Unarmed Strike description area under the Actions All tab, it says the following for Grapple and Shove:
Grapple. The target must succeed on a Str./Dex (it chooses which) saving throw (DC = 8 + Prof. Bonus + Str.) or it has the Grappled condition. Shove. The target must succeed on a Str./Dex (it chooses which) saving throw (DC = 8 + Prof. Bonus + Str.) or it has the Grappled condition.
The rulebook states this is a contested Ability Check or Skill check.

Or did I miss some major change?
Note: The rules for grappling changed under the 2024 PHB.
Grapple and Shove both use the DCs listed in your post against the enemy's Str or Dex save (of their choice against the Grappled or Prone conditions, respectively. They're also part of Unarmed Strike in the rules now instead of being alternate attacks. So aside from the Shove line also saying Grappled in your post (which I'm seeing is definitely just a typo, as the character sheet says Prone) that's all correct for the initial grapple.
Of course, this is if you're using the 2024 rules. If your group is still using the 2014 rules, just play by the old rules and it works just fine. The tooltip isn't the boss of you.
This is one of many errors where the "still fully accessible" 5e rules suddenly aren't so fully accessible anymore.
You only may have "missed" the release of 1/3rd of the new Errata/Edition hybrid; nothing changed for the actual 5e (2014) rules. Beyond is just badly maintained, that's all.

As has been said, the new PHB has different rules, and the site is currently only capable of believing in one type of unarmed strike.
They've said they intend to fix the bug.

You can see the rule for yourself here in the Free Rules (2024) document.
