some how when using Apple ID too login on the APP it generated two accounts.
I unintentionally purchased the DM guide book, Players manual and monsters manual on my “second” account.
I now have no way of accessing this content on my First account as even if I attempt to purchase the content again it tells me too contact Tech support.
anyone have a work around ?
I’ve contacted Tech support hoping to delete my “second” account and move the content over to my main account but I’m still coming up short with Tech support.
Ultimately, tech support is the only one who can untangle the accounts.
However, if you can access both accounts, you could add a second login method to each (say, google on one, and a wizards account on the other), and be able to switch back and forth.
Also, the behavior you describe when you try to buy the content again on your first account sounds very weird, even for the situation you're in. Check your purchase history and licenses, to make sure that the books haven't been added to the first account.
