My encounter builder stuck on "Making a Wisdom (Perception) check to find encounters..."

3 days ago 'my encounter builder' would not load on google chrome on my PC. It's really random because an hour earlier I was using it to run a combat in campaign. It seems to work on google chrome on my ipad though. Help?

Hmmm...nope. same six characters for months.

Same issue.

I was in the middle of building Encounters, delted one and I think used the back button.

Now the builder can't find any of my encounters and if I try to build new ones it can't find any of my active campaigns.

Help!!

UPDATE

I managed to fix my issue by deleting all cookies, signing back in after Pressing & Holding to prove I'm a human

Thanks for the advice. Cleared cookies and signed back in still with the same problem.
