This is the second time I have attempted a preorder and the payment is authorized by my back, but I shortly get a payment unsuccessfully email followed by a order cancelations.
What is going on and how do I get this corrected.
I opened a support ticket but have yet to hear back and the funds are in a pending status with my back and will remain that way for about 5 business days.
why does this keep happening when I attempt to pre-order books?
Is there a support number I can call to get this resolved?

Good luck getting anyone from customer support to answer you. I submitted a customer service ticket a month ago because my credit card was compromised and I needed to change payment method and no one has bothered to reach out to me instead they canceled my order with no explanation.

That is ridiculous. I am so upset with this process and I will try to get the issue resolved, but I will no longer be making pro-orders.
