I submitted a ticket for support but haven’t gotten any response in several days. I have not gotten any shipping information on my 2024 PHB and when I check the status on the website it is still in “order placed” and hasn’t even moved to “in process”. When can I expect at least some shipping info if not the actual book?
Nothing has arrived yet and no shipping info has been sent either. I purchased from dndstore.wizards.com and i live in Belgium. Order date was 2024-08-04, purchased the whole bundle digital and physical and selected ship when each is released.
I have to run a game saturday using 2024 rules and my players are so excited to skim through it. Starting to regret ever buying at all right now.
No update on my order (33671580) since I placed it August 11, through the dndstore.wizards.com storefront like iShery as I live in Canada. There doesn't seem to be any functionality to check the status of international orders like there is for US ones.
(on top of it all I have to move much earlier than I expected & need to get in touch with the Wizards team about that, but at least there I have an open customer service ticket)
Netherlands here, and exactly the same issue. No info, no update on my support ticket. No communication whatsoever. Ordered back in June, heard nothing since the order confirmation. It is weird cause my friend received his Players handbook 2024 last Friday.
update: I had a support ticket (4091025) but they seem to have just deleted it? -_-
I made a second support ticket. My first was (4095407) made on 18th of Sept. It seemed to have dissapeared aswell so i made a second 20th of sept (4098978). 3 hours after creation of the second one i got “This request was closed and merged into request #4095407” without any additional info.
Preordered the physical/digital bundle for all three books. It is two weeks after physical release of the PHB and still no notice of shipping. I knew I should have ordered through Amazon. Lesson learned.

Can’t find a phone number anywhere and still no response to my support ticket. I’m sure they have lots of tickets but still.
there’s hope folks! my PHB showed up this morning, wish I’d had any amount of notice that it was on its way but it’s here now anyway

Had the opposite issue. Received my physical book but no access code after buying the phygital bundle.

Not starting too it has always been ridiculous. Not even an acknowledgement that my ticket exists or anything.
Anyway to tag an admin or moderator? It’s been two weeks with no word from anyone or change in the order status.
Strap in. I've been waiting for a month now with no word that wasn't a generic FAQ and an acknowledgement that no one has read the ticket yet.
Also still waiting, is there any legal action we can take? i'm sure if enough of us experience this there must be something we can do.
