Can't use Lunar Sorcerer

So I purchased the Lunar Sorcerer origin on this website. I have Dragonlance turned on in character builder, yet I still cannot use Lunar Sorc. Slightly frustrated.

***UPDATE*** This finally resolved itself.

Are your Account Entitlements in sync?

Did you purchase the book yourself? If so, is it listed on that same page under Current Product Licenses?

If the book is shared with you instead, is this character assigned to the campaign that’s sharing it?

Do you have 2014 Expanded Rules enabled for that character?
