Hey i trying to do a campaign and my tasha's cauldron of everything and xanatha's digital book got deleted after spending 60 bucks of this. This is bullshit cause i spent hard earn money only for it to not be in my library. This a bug please fix this before more people deal with this. This is unacceptable.
Check your entitlements. (user menu->account->licenses)
In what way do you not see them? If you can't use them in the character builder, do you have the "extended rules" toggle on? Are you building with the updated class or the legacy version?
Also, since your account is only 6 days old, I have to ask when you bought the books? If it's longer ago than that, then you've managed to create a second account, likely by logging in through a different site.
