Is the 2014 Ritual Caster feat no longer usable in the character creator?

I can't seem to find the legacy version of this feat in the character creator. I see all of the other legacy feats, and the new version of the feat which has extra features like a +1 ASI, but not the old version. Am I missing something?

Nevermind. Didn't realize the feat had a minimum INT/WIS score of 13 requirement (which my character didn't have).
