Homebrew no longer an option in character builder

To cover the basics:

Yes I have the homebrew checkbox selected

Yes I have double checked all of the class features in it are at the correct levels

Yes I have tried combining the two level 3 features into one feature

My homebrew subclasses (one wizard, one monk) do not appear in the character builder subclass options. In addition to this, the 2014 PHB and legacy content are also enable, but those do not show up in the character builder either.

In order to get around this for the wizard subclass, I had to create a copy of the Evoker subclass, then edit it and change all the abilities to the ones from my homebrew. Much longer process that it should have been
