Creating a 2024 Custom Background doesn't match PHB or DMG rules

Both the 2024 PHB and DMG say a background includes:

• Three ability scores
• An Origin Feat
• Two Skill Proficiencies
• One Tool Proficiency
• Equipment/gold or 50gp

But in the dndbeyond character builder, if you select the option for Custom Background, it has you select from these choices:

• 2 skills and 2 tools
• 2 skills, 1 tool, 1 language
• 2 skills, 2 languages
• A background Feature
• A background Characteristic

The dndbeyond character builder should match the PHB and DMG rules on custom background, rather than the above.
