Since the launch of the 2024 Players Handbook I have been unable to access anything but the free content on the character builder. I can access the entire book when I just go into as a source book.
Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution?
I am trying to get assistance from D & D beyond, but after none of the template solutions worked, they seem to be ghosting me as I have not heard anytrhing back since October 1, 202r4 when I provided them all the information they requested.
I have a bit of a different problem, but I bought the book in stores and I find it weird that even though I have the book, I can't use it online, like is there no code or something so the website knows I have it, so my characters are actually up to date and correct? Or do I have to buy a whole new one from the website to get all the new stuff, classes, backgrounds, etc. If I do that feels kinda bad man. Is there some code or QR code i'm not seeing?

There's no code. They sell the physical and digital version separately. (Or on here, you can get a physical-digital bundle at a discount.)
Depending on what you need, you might be able to make do with the free rules, which include a lot of the stuff, and home brewing the occasional other thing you need. Or, if you're playing with a group that uses DDB, somebody else will probably have the book and the subscription that lets them turn on content sharing.

I'm going to lead with this link, perhaps it will help you: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/207687-read-this-if-you-cannot-see-all-your-subclasses
If it doesn't, please let us know what you're supposed to be seeing and what you ARE seeing instead.
