I have purchased both physical and digital editions of the 2014 players handbook and I should have all the bard colleges listed in it as playable options. It seems all of them are showing except college of valor. Please help me understand what's happening
You're using the 2024 bard class, which can only use the updated versions of stuff that's been updated. You don't have the 24 PHB, so don't have updated valor.
Scroll down further in class selection, and turn on the 2014 core toggle.
