Can't see homebrew options in the class configuration page

Homebrewrogue subclass is in my collection;

Rogue is created as assigned to the campaign, but the problem also exists for standalone;

Homebrew is selected on sources tab;

Selected level is 4, above when subclass gets chosen;

I've walked the builder past Class to select the race (Tabaxi), as I read in another thread that trigged a refresh;

I've waited 24 hours for the menu to repopulate.

What am I missing?
